I had an amazing experience! I brought my teenage daughter along, and we were both offered drinks, which was a nice touch. She was incredibly knowledgeable and addressed a mistake from a previous nail artist, ensuring I got the perfect design I wanted. The quality of their work is top-notch! Donna is a consummate professional. She is welcoming, friendly and has a way of putting her clients at ease immediately. I have been going to her for around a year now, having never had a bikini line/Brazilian wax done professionally before. Any feelings of awkwardness disappeared quickly, and we were so busy chatting that I didn't really notice what was going on 'down below'! She always does a fabulous job, her treatment room is warm and cosy and, on top of that, there is a fabulous cafe below!

I was very late for my appointment today after getting stuck in traffic and Charlitte was very accommodating as I had a wedding to go to that weekend so wouldn't have time to book anything else. Charlotte did the lash lift package in record time to finish for her next appointment and still did an amazing job! 3rd time visiting for this package & the ladies are amazing. A big thank you again Hayley for the three hours of pampering last night. I found it so relaxing I certainly slept well after it. 😊😊 I am now well and truly ready for my holiday! Nails, eyebrow shaping, eyebrows and eye lash tint, eye lash lift and of course the waxing of the legs and under arms.

A lovely environment for my facial with Hayley. I left feeling totally relaxed and my skin felt and smelt amazing. Hayley is always very professional and skilled at what she does, nothing is too much trouble.

Tried out the lash bomb treatment today. Hayley explained clearly what was to happen as I’d never had any lash treatments before. I found the experience restful mostly - yes a little odd having your lashes treated but I almost fell asleep! Look is fab so I’m pleased I’ve given it ago. Thanks Hayley! See you in the new year

Hayley is brilliant. I have a monthly massage and facial and she’s just amazing - incredibly relaxing environment and I leave feeling revived! Hayley is really professional, the room is super comfortable and everything is always clean and well organised. My massage is always perfect, just the right level of pressure to sort out niggles that I pick up during training and the facial (which includes a head massage) is just the best I’ve ever had. This is the place to go in Warwickshire for sure!

Had my first appointment with Donna yesterday and was made to feel incredibly welcome. I had a luxury pedicure, waxing and eyelash lift and tint. Every treatment was luxurious and I left feeling incredibly pampered. Thank you so much Donna, we’ll be back
