I had the most amazing HydraFacial with Gemma! She was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and made the whole experience so relaxing. My skin felt instantly refreshed, hydrated, and had a noticeable glow afterward. Gemma took the time to explain each step and tailored the treatment perfectly to my skin’s needs. Amazing service again from Freya! I was undecided on what I wanted on my nails and Freya was so patient and came up with a great idea exactly what I wanted. Thankyou Freya i love my nails. Also had a waxing service, I was a bit nervous and Freya was so professional talking me through each stage and giving me time. Can’t wait to go back again.

It was a pleasure to return to the Medispa in the Esher High Street. Amy has turned the place around and brought it back to its high standards. The staff were all very welcoming.
