Always a pleasurable experience having a treatment with Georgia. I had a lovely manicure & pedicure this afternoon in a relaxed setting & it’s always nice to have a girlie chat. Booking in to have my waxing & lashes done in the next couple of weeks.

Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

Absolutely first class service & advice from Lucy at Polished. I had several treatments: nails, eyebrow tint & a facial treatment, all were carried out in a Covid safe environment & with the greatest of care & precision. I was given advice on follow up treatments & additional care products that could prolong & enhance my treatments. As for my nails, Lucy & myself discussed what we were going to do with them two weeks ago & we found out today that this look was trending at London Fashion Week - "Wow!" I feel like a million dollars, so pleased that Polished are the frontrunners for treatments.

Amazing service again from Freya! I was undecided on what I wanted on my nails and Freya was so patient and came up with a great idea exactly what I wanted. Thankyou Freya i love my nails. Also had a waxing service, I was a bit nervous and Freya was so professional talking me through each stage and giving me time. Can’t wait to go back again.

I had my first appointment with Bex today for waxing and I will definitely be back! As other reviews have said, Bex is so thorough and professional as well as warm and welcoming. She immediately put me at ease and did such a great job. She clearly is an expert at what she does. The wax was virtually pain free and the salon is lovely. Brilliant from start to finish, Sam explained everything and really listened to what I wanted. In my opinion Sam is an eyebrow artist expert and I wish I had found her years ago, they look so natural but defined.
