Refined. By Abi Rose is excellent - Abi is very thorough, caring & professional. The salon is lovely, clean & modern & provides a wide range of services as well as the latest products & shades. When travelling It’s often hard to find a salon that does Threading as well as the usual waxing etc. This Salon is a real find especially when you add in the online booking system & their responsive communication. Very pleasant and friendly, I had pain in my neck and shoulders followed by a headache that wouldn’t go away. The massage I had was fantastic, it really helped with the tension I had and the headache eased. Will definitely book in with them again.

Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. 5 star service as always from both Gemma and Jess. Where do I begin. I have been a regular customer of the salon angels for a few years now and Gemma and Jess are always so professional and helpful they both go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. (Wheelchair user, so sometimes need their help) nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Gemma’s skin care knowledge is second to none. It is about time Caerphilly had such a great salon/spa like experience . I have received so many compliments after having my facials .
