Refined. By Abi Rose is excellent - Abi is very thorough, caring & professional. The salon is lovely, clean & modern & provides a wide range of services as well as the latest products & shades. When travelling It’s often hard to find a salon that does Threading as well as the usual waxing etc. This Salon is a real find especially when you add in the online booking system & their responsive communication. My experience of visiting Less is More beauty & holistics for a treatment service was lovely. Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise was very polite and pleasant and put me at ease during the treatment session. The result was fab, great, and the cost was a extremely reasonable, excellent ! 5 star service as always from both Gemma and Jess. Where do I begin. I have been a regular customer of the salon angels for a few years now and Gemma and Jess are always so professional and helpful they both go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. (Wheelchair user, so sometimes need their help) nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Gemma’s skin care knowledge is second to none. It is about time Caerphilly had such a great salon/spa like experience . I have received so many compliments after having my facials .

What an amazing find! First time at ReYou and I was so impressed. The salon is lovely, clean, modern and stylish. Chloe was fantastic- she listened, she advised and gave the best haircut I’d had in a very long while. I have naturally curly hair and am always a bit nervous about going somewhere new after having some awful experiences. This was excellent in every sense. Far better than some city centre salons I’ve tried that charge far more. Will definitely return!
