Refined. By Abi Rose is excellent - Abi is very thorough, caring & professional. The salon is lovely, clean & modern & provides a wide range of services as well as the latest products & shades. When travelling It’s often hard to find a salon that does Threading as well as the usual waxing etc. This Salon is a real find especially when you add in the online booking system & their responsive communication. Honestly can’t recommend Less Is More enough. Such a friendly, welcoming and comfortable place from the moment you walk in. You instantly feel at ease, and the whole experience feels really relaxed and personal. I’ve had my eyebrows and eyelashes done here for the last year and always so happy with the results. Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. 5 star service as always from both Gemma and Jess. Where do I begin. I have been a regular customer of the salon angels for a few years now and Gemma and Jess are always so professional and helpful they both go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. (Wheelchair user, so sometimes need their help) nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Gemma’s skin care knowledge is second to none. It is about time Caerphilly had such a great salon/spa like experience . I have received so many compliments after having my facials .

Louise is an amazing beauty therapist who I can’t recommend enough. She’s incredibly skilled and always helps me choose the perfect nail colour. She really knows me and even plans ahead for my future beauty needs. She’s also such a great listener—I often offload during appointments and leave feeling so much lighter.
