Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

I loved the patience and the time that was taken to get to know likes and dislikes, that was refreshing. The spa was beautiful, comfortable and clean i liked that, I even fell asleep during my chin and brow waxing, now who does that during a waxing, that only shows how good Al is that one can sleep while hair is being ripped from ones face. The washing of the hair was was awesome with the head massage, it was awesome!! I totally enjoyed that. And Rènee, you took time to explain to me the different products I should use on my hair and what they would do to engancs the quality and appearane of my hair, I thank you for that. I would highly recommend this service, especially for first time clients. This was my first waxing/sugaring experience and I was quite nervous at the start, however, Shenice immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease.
