I’ve been a longtime client for makeup and waxing services. However, I finally took the step and got the microblading service done for my eyebrows. Tarin was so thorough! She explained everything before we got started and answered any questions I had. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the service and honestly (as someone who isn’t the most comfortable with needles) it was pretty painless. My brows are gorgeoussss and I couldn’t be happier!

This was my first time waxing and the experience was AMAZING. I was very nervous going in, but they made me feel very comfortable. I have a low pain tolerance and it really wasn’t that bad. It was very quick and I left extremely satisfied 🤗 I will definitely be returning.

The staff was quite professional. I booked some services for my mother for Mother's Day not realizing that Barbados was locked down on Sundays. The staff reached out to my mum and informed her of the need to give her an earlier appointment at her convenience. I am so touched by this. After my mum got home, she called me to show off her treatments. She was well pleased with her eyebrows and the foot and hand massages. Needless to say, she will be back. Thank you guys for making this Mother's Day special for my mum!

This is not my first time at Signature Spa. From my first experience I was hooked and will remain a regular customer. Ebony continues to perform a great service flawlessly, from start to finish making her client feel so comfortable and at ease when she does her magic 😊. I won’t trade her for anyone else. Carianne worked out some major knots and I have range of motion in my arm restored. She is so professional. She talked me through the process and explained what I could do to prevent further damage. As for the eyebrows… I told her the eyebrows were “eyebrowing.” 😂 but seriously, the arch was arching. It’s always a 5 star experience with her, but 6 now cause there’s ac.

Natasha is knowledgeable about her craft and I thoroughly enjoyed my radiance facial which helped renewed my skin after some sun burn my eyebrows were arched to perfection and the "walkabout" pedicure was well done and not rushed...I will be returning again to try these and other services on offer because of the cost, cleanliness and professionalism found at Encore.

While the procedure was generally less painful than a regular tattoo, there was some mild discomfort/sensation similar to small paper cuts. Shauna was very patient and answered my questions without fail. Would I get your eyebrows microbladed again? YES. It’s definitely worth the investment for me. I love not having to do my brows! I also like that it’s semipermanent so if I want to change my brow shape, I can in a year or so.

My experience with sugar waxing was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was so welcoming and comfortable. Shaniece was very kind, professional, and communicative throughout my entire wax, which really helped put me at ease. This was my first time going to her, and I can confidently say I’ll definitely be back. What I truly appreciated is that she doesn’t just focus on the wax itself, but also makes sure to prioritize aftercare, ensuring you know how to take care of your skin afterwards. I highly recommend her services!

Was happy my face glowed! Was very good facial, just expected a steamer to be used and eyebrows to be done.

Massage and pedicure was alright but in the waxing my skin was torn.
