Jess was absolutely amazing. Her calming voice made the entire experience so wonderful. I highly recommend Kaiah, she was so bubbly and chirpy. Absolutely beautiful! The team were very friendly and welcoming. I walked in tired and anxious, and walked out feeling relaxed. I hadn't had my eyebrows done in so long, and am so happy with how they turned out. All the girls are very honest with their recommendations. For example, Kaiah suggested that I only got my eyebrows waxed, not tinted because my eyebrows were already dark - suggested to wait until she was finished waxing to see if I was satisfied with the results from just waxing before deciding, glad I stuck with waxing. ♡♡

First visit and very satisfied. Very friendly, professional and caring staff. Extremely happy with my waxing and tinting. Will definitely be a return customer.
