I got much more than I expected. This was the most informative one skin care information I have had! I had my three kids along with me and they learnt a lot too! If you need to change up your skin routine or you’re not happy with the ageing process LOL This is definitely a need to do.! Products cater for all age groups, which is just fantastic. Cassandra is incredibly passionate about her work. She pays attention, never rushes, and is very precise with what she does. I don’t get my brows done often as there usually isn’t much to do, most places finish in 5seconds but she took time to make sure everything was perfectly symmetrical .I’m genuinely happy with the result. She even encouraged me to let her know if anything didn’t look right once I got home, which shows how much she cares about her clients’ satisfaction. I’m really pleased with the outcome. She did an amazing job on both my brows and my brother’s waxing. Highly recommend!

My lashes look incredible!!! I’ve received so many compliments and it’s only been two days. Alessia is always so kind and genuine and it’s so clear how much she cares about lashes!

Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

I’ve been going to Connie for my beauty needs for years and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is amazing at what she does. She’s always professional, thorough, and consistent. On top of that, she’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which makes the whole experience really comfortable. Her workspace is always spotless. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great waxing experience.

I was a bit hesitant about getting my eyebrows laminated because I wasn’t sure if it was right for me, but the whole experience was amazing. Everything was explained clearly, and I really appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure to go ahead — I felt informed and able to decide for myself. The appointment itself was so comfortable and I felt completely at ease throughout. I’m so glad I did it because the results are fabulous! My brows look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.
