I’m really impressed with the service here — the massages are exactly what I need every time. When I book a deep tissue, it’s a real deep tissue massage, no doubt about that. What makes this place stand out is how much they care about feedback and making sure you enjoy the whole experience. They actually follow up afterwards to check in, and you can tell they genuinely want to know if I was happy with the session. Even better, they take on board what I say and adjust for the next time, which makes such a difference. It honestly feels like they go out of their way to make every visit the best

Massage was excellent, but people were talking in the background and very loudly. One of the therapists actually called someone and had a full conversation right next door. I could even hear the buzzy sound of the person on the other end via the phone. They were courteous enough to stop when I mentioned it was hard to relax with people talking. Lighting was also not very relaxing.

I’ve been seeing Sophie for close to 7 years. I found most massages aren’t firm enough, but Sophie is great. In my first paid session (had a massage through work first), I told Sophie not to worry about a knot in my shoulder as it has been there for years and no one can get rid of it. She was determined, and after 3 trigger point massage sessions, she managed to release it. Hence why I’ve been doing her for 7 years. Thanks, Sophie.
