My first time being waxed here, and they did a good job! I originally asked for sugar, but they seemed to apply it in a way I wasn't familiar with - sugar is normally applied against the hair's growth djrecfjon and pulled along with the hair's direction, which makes it a little less painful - but here, they did it in the same direction as waxing, which was against the hair. So I switched to waxing - other than that, the experience went well. Keep in mind, they don't give a gown to wear when doing a full leg wax, which I was surprised by so I figured I should mention it.

Had a wonderful experience! I only get a mani/pedi a couple times a year and have always just bounced around to different salons in Ashburn and Leesburg, but now I think I found a spot. Very relaxing, quiet, and wonderfully clean. My nails look perfect. I got a French manicure and couldn’t be any happier with the shape and look. The leg scrub and massage was lovely too. Will definitely be back (and maybe even more than just twice a year now ;-) )!

My toes look great, and Lily gave an excellent leg massage! Lip Lash Organic Spa is my go to and recommendation every time!

I'm a regular customer of this place and I always love it! I left for college in August so this is my first time coming back since I left. I came with my mom and dad this time and they loved it as well. All of the workers are so sweet, I know everyone by name at this point. The customer service is amazing! I can't wait to come back during spring break.

Just had my first eyebrow micro blading appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Michelle, she was great. She took her time and making sure I was satisfied with the look I want. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. Thank you Michelle and other wonderful crew!!!

I came here for a spa pedicure & eyebrow waxing. I was immediately greeted when I entered the salon. Everything was so clean and covid safe. I was asked if I wanted a beverage - I chose white wine. I was also offered a fruit/cheese plate. Unfortunately, I am allergic to most of the fruit. But the fact that they offered, impressed me. I made my appointment online - which was very easy. I chose Michelle as my Beauty Artisan - I will definitely choose her again. She was super friendly & helped me choose the perfect color for my toes. I cannot wait to go back!!
