Katy is totally amazeballs she is guru! Before I found Katy other therapists could not wax properly for me. But Katy knows what to do if you hair is unruly and literately she makes it pain free and is quick, but ever so thorough. I Love all her other treatments that she provides, she knows her stuff and gives you her full attention and is so personable and such a genuine, kind and caring person. Jeni is a fabulous therapist who offers a wide menu of services using tier one brands such as Elemis. Over the years I have tried quite a few therapists, however I always return to Jeni, as I know I will be happy with the results of her work, be that a facial, nails, waxing or a wonderful massage. Enroute between Maidenhead and Swindon I was delayed by 30 in arriving. Stopping at a layby I sent a text explaining I would be late and asking if anything could be done? I received a reply saying it's OK. Come! On arriving the staff greeted me as usual and are all very friendly. Today I had the second treatment on my eyebrows done (microblading). Lips with botox. Now having my eyelashes done too. Loving it! So pleased. Excellent service.
