I've been having Hollywood waxes for over 20 years, and I can honestly say Lottie is by far the best I've ever been to. Today's appointment was the least painful wax I've ever had, and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout. Had a Hollywood wax, Ellie was amazing with it, so quick and efficient it barely even hurt after the first couple strips haha. Good facilities as well with a great use of the space!

Me and my sister went for our first Bikini waxes, I was so nervous 😓 but Emily was so professional and put us at ease staright away. It wasn't painful as I was expecting. It was more than manageable. I had a facial and back massage with Tara at The Lotus Room and it was amazing. The massage was so relaxing and the facial left my skin refreshed. Tara is welcoming, professional and made the whole experience feel so comfortable. Highly recommend.
