Awesome experience at Mirror Mirror with Janine, I had an underarm and half leg wax and it was pretty painless and quick! Wax bed was super comfy, fun chat & I left feeling silky and hair free! Will deffo be back!

Alyah was very professional and absolutely did herself proud! These are one of the best set of nails 💅 I've ever had. She really concentrated and I could just tell that she wanted to make them 💯 perfect, every step of the way! Today was my first time going to the skin Beauty ( Basement Hair Margate ) I was Greeting it at the door by one of the staff i can't remember her name but she make me feel welcome didn't get to do what I wanted and that was Classic lashes extension but I did get my eyebrow wax I must say the Environment so friendly and I will going back thank to the staff that explain everything to me

Best pedicure I've had in Ramsgate.

Jo is fab at waxing - really thorough, and always enjoy our chats during the appointments too! I've been going for a few months now, and I'm already seeing that my leg hair isn't growing back as much, which has been great. Lovely salon, Jo is fab - really recommend!

Fantastic professional service, was made to feel at ease straight away. Smooth appointment, expectations discussed and were exceeded. Next appointment was booked before I left and really glad I've found Gi at The Retreat ❤️

Such a good wax thanks so much - so understanding when I was a wimp as well, pretty sure it was over quicker than I remember and wasn’t as painful. Also so thorough.

First time in the salon, full of nerves getting my hair done in such a long time but Mandy was amazing, made me feel at ease and chatted to me the whole time which made me feel so relaxed, Mandy was so friendly and did an ABSOLUTE AMAZING job at my hair did it perfectly the way I wanted it I feel amazing and will happily go back to see her again :) Back to being a blondey. I booked in for full head highlights, cut and finish. My hair was looking tired and in need of a revamp. Zoe gave me some super advice on colour, opting for a light blonde to blend in with my natural tones. She cut my mid length hair into a sleek long bob, adding a fine fringe and blow dried it straight. It looks fantastic- a real change and has taken years off me! Thank you Zoe, a great experience from start to end.
