Upon arriving to this chic, modern and emaculate establishment, I was immediately impressed! Shiela is personable, genuinely friendly, authentic, and very professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. The Brazilian waxing was impeccable. I highly recommend a visit to Urban Serenity, and once you do ,you won't want to go anywhere else! I loved it and am so glad to have found this hidden gem.

Second time with Kyara and had such a great experience getting my pedicure done! She was super friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She took her time and paid so much attention to detail. Everything was clean and the whole experience was relaxing. Obsessed with the result my feet are so soft! Highly recommend!
