Hazel is so lovely. Made me feel super comfortable. She is very professional and makes sure you are fully informed all the way through about the process and aftercare. I had my very first waxing appointment with Gemma today, I was a bit nervous walking in since it was all new to me, but she instantly made me feel comfortable. Gemma is friendly, funny, and very down to earth. I ended up laughing and chatting the whole time instead of stressing about it. The salon itself is gorgeous and has such a welcoming vibe, with plenty of great services that I’ll definitely be trying in the future. I had a massage with Gemma today…… I’ve been going to her for waxing for several months and could not be happier with that…. She’s very thorough and we do laugh a lot!!
