As always, absolutely loved my visit to ELITE Retreat! I had a foot spa (free and part of package), Indian head massage and a dermaplaning facial. All were incredibly relaxing and just what I needed after a long day at work. I was welcomed with a lush fruit smoothie and even got a lovely goodie bag to celebrate ELITE’s first birthday! Felt so pampered, thank you Nat!

I treated myself to a mid-week stress relief massage, and it was amazing. Nat took great care of me, and her new space is so cosy—I felt completely relaxed. I'll definitely be booking again and highly recommend Elite!

I had a great experience at ELITE! Nat was incredibly helpful in explaining the treatment for my lower back pain and legs. The sports massage really helped reduce tension, and the infrared sauna blanket relieved muscle pain and destressing. I'll definitely be booking with Nat again soon. Thanks ELITE!

Fantastic relaxing experience. I was greeted and made to feel welcome. Conversation was very easy, lovely lady. I had a dermaplane facial for the 1st time, tonight my skin feels so much better. Love coming to see Natalie she really knows her stuff, Very professional. I love the sauna blanket as it 30 minutes of heaven from the world, I just have to lay there and no one interrupts me. Bliss

I treated myself to the Swedish massage and omg I nearly fell asleep, I was so relaxed. I then teamed it up with the sauna blanket for 30mins where I did fall asleep, oops. I love coming in every week for my sauna blanket. For 30 minutes I get to switch off from the world. Thankyou so much Natalie

Loved the sauna blanket, managed 30 mins and I couldn’t believe the amount of sweat that came off. It also helped with my slight back pain I had. Will be booking again
