I had a lash lift and eyebrow wax with Louisa and had a really lovely experience. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. She talked me through each step of the treatment, which was really reassuring, and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. It had been a while since my last visit to Becky, but as always, she was absolutely lovely and welcoming. This was my first time getting a bikini line wax, so I was a bit nervous going in — but Becky immediately put me at ease. She was so reassuring, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. It was nowhere near as bad as I had imagined! Becky made the experience comfortable and smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back — highly recommend her to anyone considering their first wax or just looking for a friendly and skilled therapist!
