I can’t recommend Emma enough. She is amazing. She is very friendly, welcoming & makes you feel relaxed as soon as you meet her, which is why I keep coming back again & again for years 😍 She is also extremely professional & excellent at her job. The room is so warm, welcoming & cosy. She even books extra time on your appointment to give you plenty of time to get ready after the treatment, so no rush to get dressed quickly & leave, as the next client is waiting. Massive bonus. I always feel comfortable and totally relaxed, before during and after all my treatments.

Had the most relaxing full body aromatherapy massage, with Gina, in a lovely setting. My body felt so relaxed afterwards and she worked out all the knots in my back, which was much needed. Gina is a great therapist, very warm and welcoming and you can tell she knows her stuff. She is very knowledgable when it comes to the body and how each area affects the other. Even though I went for an aromatherapy massage, she still took the time to work out any problem areas I had, like she would in a sports massage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Best beauty salon in Liverpool. Only salon that can do my lashes as the beauticians listen to my request. I travel from the Wirral as the salons closer are a waste of money. Always offers and good value for money. Safe and clean salon which offers lots of different treatments. They have an app that is easy to use with prices and treatments available. Also you can collect loyalty points which can get you discounts. I would highly recommend and hope Lilly’s remains in business for many years.

I have been getting my nails and brows done by Jennifer for over 9 years now she is always welcoming with the warmest smile and I am always made to feel completely at ease. The attention to detail is incredible, my nails look absolutely stunning and exactly how I envisioned them. My brows are always natural with a flattering shape. Jennifer always goes the extra mile whilst also offering a cuppa and a friendly chat and it honestly feels like catching up with friends while being pampered. I couldn’t be happier, perfect results every time

I would absolutely recommend Gina as a Therapist- she has a truly lovely, welcoming manner which puts you at ease immediately! I had 2 treatments Today - a Gel.manicure & a back neck & shoulder massage. The massage was unbelievable ! She was amazing at getting to grips with the knots in my back & neck I never even knew I had whilst also making me feel relaxed and soothed. The manicure was such a gorgeous treatment with Neals Yard Remedies Organic Products which have left my hands and arms silky soft and I loved my rose pink nails at the end!
