First timer and absolutely not a last timer! Liz was fantastic and we had a great laugh throughout. It makes such a difference when you go for an appointment and the chat goes beyond the boring "so have you got any holiday plans?" type of chat we're all sick of! Both Hayley and Gemma are not only incredibly professional and great at what they do but they make you feel like an old friend, so relaxed. I cannot recommend them enough. I go for nails, waxing and eyebrows.

Liz was very thorough throughout the appointment, checking that the temperatures of the wax were okay. Made me feel very relaxed before and during the treatments. Very happy with the outcome. Great playlist to listen to. Lots of giggles too. Thank you :)
