Jo is amazing at what she does and is so, so kind and lovely to chat to. I’ve been with her for waxing, nails and tan with some appts being 3 hours long and there’s never been a quiet moment without us chatting and laughing away. Other waxes have left me sticky with lots of residue to scrub off, and even hard wax left on my bikini area - not Jan!!
