I had a wonderful pedicure done by Gaelyn at Luna Spa in Stittsville, ON. I’m very pleased with how everything was done and I even had a paraffin wax treatment on my feet and it felt very luxurious and worth the extra cost. I always request Gaelyn when I visit this spa because we have nice discussions and she does a very good job on my pedicure every time.

It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

I’m very pleased with my recent experience at Mane West! Kaitlyn was attentive from the start, making scheduling easy and very accommodating. I was warmly welcomed and loved the salon’s inviting vibe in their new location! My stylist, Amy understood my vision for a balayage and added warm caramel tones with a subtle technique that blended perfectly with my dark brown hair; exactly what I was looking for! Upstairs, Keira was informative and did a fantastic job on brown waxing any tinting. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Amy is incredible! She’s so knowledgeable, genuinely listens to what you want, and consistently delivers beautiful results. If you’re looking for a lived-in blonde specialist, she’s an absolute boss. I enjoyed my pedicure and the gentleman who did it was very meticulous. The only problem is that they have a scent machine that is way to strong. (Cinnamon scented) For people sensitive to scent as I am, it is too strong so I would suggest they keep it in the back room so that it’s very subtle.
