A wonderful first time visit to Sylvia who took the time to find out about my concerns offered her expertise knowledge to help. The facial was thorough and the arm massage was extremely relaxing. Exceeded my expectations. Professional, strong, attended to my chronic pain issues by listening when pressure was too deep. Great combination of pressure points and therapeutic styles. Will be booking in regularly after bike rides to help with back, arm, hand, shoulder, neck and leg pain. It would be good if Nara was available on more days other than Monday.
