Relaxing atmosphere. Both hairstylists were attentive. They removed my braids and got a hair treatment. This was all done within 3 hours. Perfectly timed. Will be back for more hair treatments!.

The experience was lovely and my stylish was gentle. However the treatement I booked for was not available, I was only notified as was about to wash and this was also the case with the last time I booked for Aunty Jackies wash- is it possibloe to upgrade your app for unavailable products or text customer if they book and something is not available.

Just tried out Prim and Proper for the first time and wow—super impressed! The place is so clean and calming, and the service was amazing. Definitely going back.

From the start to finish, we had an amazing experience, the staff were so warm and welcoming, the treatment was well worth the experience, my favorite part being the Swedish massage as the masseuse hit all the right pressure points and untied all my knots in the back and neck area , I highly recommend the full lovers package as it is definitely well worth it. Loved the aesthetic look with the art and the home cooked meals was the cherry on top. Big thanks to the Manager Mali for also making us feel very welcome, all in all great experience, thanks Chalila :)

OMG what an incredible experience it was to be pampered at this place! Maletsatsi and her team (Palesa and Ellen) were phenomenal and gave me and my aunt the best customer service we have had in a long time. From the time I booked, they were responsive and communicated everything I needed to know upfront. It was my aunt's birthday and I had booked at the last minute on the day before but Maletsatsi was able to accommodate us without making us feel any typa way. She went above and beyond for us, even preparing a "Happy Birthday" treat for my aunt. I can't wait to be back at Chalila Wellness.
