Perfect experience! I was nervous because I had some bad experiences with previous waxers, but Suzanne managed to make me feel so comfortable and at ease. On my first visit to Ouch Waxing Studio, Suzanne made a great impression, she’s clearly very good at what she does, working efficiently while still making the experience comfortable and easy. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of the entire time.
