My nail tech Nina did a great job, I really loved how they came out, both colour and especially the shape. She was kind throughout checking whether im comfortable and happy with how theyre coming out, and whether I wanted any adjustments. Really happy with the service and result, 10/10 !

So relaxing! Romina is so kind and really takes a lot of care in her work. Her attention to detail is great. The hygiene of the equipment and work space is very high standard. The atmosphere during the treatment was very relaxing, there was gentle music in the background and I was offered herbal tea too. I highly recommend receiving a treatment here, I was highly satisfied with my spa pedicure and facial waxing. Thank you to all of the staff!

Although I’ve had waxing done before, this was my first time at The Ease Spa, and I was really impressed. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and comfortable from start to finish. The therapist made me feel at ease right away, and the hygiene standards were excellent. I appreciated the calm atmosphere and the attention to detail.

Mariyam was phenomenal—one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. She also did my hair wash and blow-dry, and I walked out feeling like a pageant star. I was really impressed with her skills 11/10. The only reason I rated it “good” instead of “great” was the noise. It was quite loud downstairs—likely from the front desk—and I had to ask for music to help drown it out which thankfully M had. It improved, but it was still distracting when you’re trying to relax during a massage. Perhaps the management could add some sound proofing in the room so clients can have a soothing experience.
