Stan’s massage technique is highly professional and thoughtfully varied. The massage was nice. The receptionist wasn't really engaged, she took a personal phone call while we were checking in for our appointment, seemed clueless when we asked her about the signs which said Cafe and rooftop terrace. She did not seem eager to assist when i asked for Olaplex shampoo, and then she called me after we had left as she thought she had only charged me for one person, but the other was covered by a gift voucher which she had on email... Another thing that could be improved is the massage room since we could hear some noises from upstairs.

This is actually my second review because Ease Spa was THAT good! I had a spa treatment yesterday that I originally paid for, but when they noticed I had accidentally overpaid, they immediately accommodated me with a complimentary 20-minute focus massage. I don’t recall the name of the therapist, but she was absolutely amazing and so sweet, professional, and a really great masseuse. Both visits left me feeling relaxed, cared for, and truly impressed. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff were really friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and everything was perfectly on time. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. My massage therapist was excellent — He focused on my back and shoulders, and I felt such noticeable relief afterwards. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and pain-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and relaxing massage.
