I booked a first consultation with Shana few weeks ago to tell her about my hair and the worries I had to get them done by other people. She replied to all the questions I had in a very professional way. She is fully booked (understandably) but she took time to do my braids on her rest day. I am beyond grateful to have found her and for her 10/10 customer service. The result is amazing and you get to learn about your own hair during all the appointment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Shana. You deserve so much more.

Mick shared so much knowledge with me about my hair and how to take care of it between visits, I find it very hard to find hairdressers who are knowledgable on wavy / curly hair but I’m glad I booked in with Mick. Jazz is a lovely lady. She was very friendly and personable. I can see that she has years of experience of hair smoothing methods. I have had many Brazilian blow dries and she is one of a few hairdressers who does Nanoplasty in Kent. She also wants the client to leave the salon happy and satisfied with their treatments. I am looking forward to washing my hair and seeing how smooth and manageable my hair is post-treatment. Early signs are good. I will follow this up with an after wash review. Thanks Jazz, it was a pleasure meeting you today.

Jazz took my feature front grey hairs down a shade and the colour is subtle and striking. Doubled this with my monthly silk press and my hair looks and feels amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sam, you have absolutely saved our holidays! My daughter was in tears after a terrible haircut from another place, and we were both feeling really upset. My daughter had the nanoplasty hair treatment, she is very very happy with the results. We were made to feel welcomed as soon as we arrived. The salon had a lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend Jazz, lovely lady and went above and beyond during the whole appointment.
