I booked a first consultation with Shana few weeks ago to tell her about my hair and the worries I had to get them done by other people. She replied to all the questions I had in a very professional way. She is fully booked (understandably) but she took time to do my braids on her rest day. I am beyond grateful to have found her and for her 10/10 customer service. The result is amazing and you get to learn about your own hair during all the appointment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Shana. You deserve so much more.

I absolutely loved my hair. I went in thinking the front of my locks couldn’t be fixed because the front my locks fell out, but Shana fixed it and she did it so prefect. For the first time my hair didn’t hurt after having it re-twisted and it feels so light. I definitely will be rebooking to get my hair done again. Thank you so much Shane.

Marie is an amazing stylist! I would highly recommend the Boathouse Hair Rooms. The stylist gave a free 30 minute consultation and hair test for colour. She explained the different tones and how they could take on my hair. The colour is perfect and will be returning. I dislike hair dressers and find the experience quite daunting but Marie helped with my anxiety and made me feel calmer.
