Never been disappointed with the service I receive at Headways, Carlisle. On this occasion I had my hair coloured by Gillian (my usual hairdresser) and as usual received great service and had great banter. The store is easily accessible via bus (62 79) or own transport. If short stay, can park immediately outside or alternatively there is Stanwix Bank Car Park within walking distance.

I had a consultation with Julie about getting hair extensions, she was friendly and helpful. After previously having a disastrous experience at another salon, Julie gave me the confidence to try again. I am extremely happy with the results she gave me. She listened to what I wanted and cut them in perfect. Thank you so much. Everyone in the salon was very friendly, I recommend giving them a try.

First time I've been to Julie. The consultation a few days before was very good and not rushed. At the appointment we confirmed colour correction I wanted to achieve. All through the appointment she checked my hair at every step. Dried my hair and applied another toner. Told me to wash my hair at the weekend ( it could fade) and if I am not happy come back next Tuesday. Julie took time to make sure I was happy with my hair.

First time I've been to Julie, and wow! I have never been happy with any cut or highlights before. The consultation a couple of days before was very good, not rushed. Then on the day, once again it wasn't rushed, we spoke again about the colour i was hoping to achieve. All through the appointment i felt in good hands, it was a totally different experience for me, she checked every step along the way with me with the colour and cut to make sure we were on the same page and my expectations would be met. Hair looks and feels amazing 😍

Excellent hairdressers, nice group of ladies, waited no problem for me as I had to park quite far away. Patiently put my hair up for a wedding, as have lots of thick hair. Stayed in place all day, very happy 😊

Enjoyed having my manicure with Joanne this morning, such a great salon, best in Carlisle.

Anna was polite, understanding of my needs very professional great colour mix and lovely hair cut. Sunday as a quite day really works for me.

Bethany was so professional from the consultation I had and really listened to what I was wanting. On the day, I was so relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience of getting my hair done. The environment was super friendly and Bethany has achieved my desired look! I’m so happy with the results! Thank you so much x
