I had a great experience with Jacquelynn—she made the consultation feel open and pressure-free, and I felt comfortable saying no to ideas that weren’t quite me. I left genuinely loving my cut, especially because it kept the length I wanted (for once, no post-cut regret!). It had been well over a year since my last haircut, but after this visit, I’ve already rebooked for a few months out.

I would recommend Kelly to parents for a child's haircut. Not only is she is very friendly, professional and talented, she is also accommodating and engaging with her clients. My son has has some sensory difficulties and he felt very comfortable throughout the haircut by checking in and walking him through the steps. Kelly is the best!
