This was one of my first experiences regarding PRP which I choose to have my hair and neck procedure done. It was all very well organised by a team, Vera, Sonia, Jenny, Emily & another member who's name I did not acquire. Sorry my apologies! All in all it takes at least 2 weeks for a review of the treatment, which I yet to have, but in the meantime I have had follow up from Jenny the Beauty Therapist regarding my health following the treatment, which was very reassuring & extremely helpful.

I cannot recommend Sonia highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to really educate you about the treatments you are considering, explaining the benefits and whether they are genuinely suitable for your skin type. Her approach is very bespoke and client-focused, and you always feel that she has your best interests at heart. I completed a course of 3 PRP treatments with her and have already noticed that my hair feels much healthier and stronger. I have now started a course of polynucleotides (under eye) and I’m really looking forward to seeing the continued results.

Yildiz is very experienced and professional at her job she is extremely knowledgable and has helped me with me more than I could ever thank her for on my Asthetic and health journey. Amazing service. I’m pretty new to aesthetic treatments, and Yildiz took the time to explain everything during a thorough consultation. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I live in Australia just over visiting family and was concerned about potential skin damage from the sun, but Yildiz carefully explained the best treatment options for me and gave me great advice on how to better protect my skin going forward. Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.
