Meg is such a lovely lady! She was very patient about my being late and removing some very stiff waterproof mascara for my eyelash perm. My lashes look amazing and I was very happy with care she took in threading! Overall, very happy with this service!

I have had the best experience at Kess Hair and Beauty at the Crossing. Danish is an experienced and professional hairdresser and a super nice person - friendly and genuine customer service with a smile! She thoughtfully explained the difference between waxing and threading, and guided me toward what would enhance my brows best. She also mapped out the ideal start, arch, and end points of my brows based on my facial features—something I truly appreciated. The entire service felt tailored and refined. Highly recommend for those who value both expertise and a touch of elegance.

Meg, is friendly and experienced. The threading was quick and precise, and the waxing was thorough with minimal discomfort. The studio is clean, well-organised, and peaceful, with soothing music playing in the background - perfect for a self-care day! Meg's attention to detail and focus on my comfort made all the difference. I appreciate that she checked in with me regularly to ensure I was comfortable and felt at ease. I've had these services before, but this was truly one of the best experiences. Treat yourself to a visit - you won't regret it!

This is my first salon experience in Christchurch. I had no intention of getting any beauty services as I was very nervous about trying a new place. But then I found out about Beauty Fix and thought I'd give myself a birthday treat. Simran is not only an expert in her field but also a very skillful worker. She is warm and friendly and gives you great advice! Highly recommended!
