It was my first time waxing with lash2lash and I would say Mihaela’s technique is good. She’s gentle, very meticulous as she was very interested in removing all the unwanted hair. Her customer service is really good. Loved it so much that I would be a returning customer from now on.

Amazing experience the salon as an ambiance that makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Ashprit who was also amazing and professional did a nasal wax , eyebrow shaping and tint then to be a little bit different I had my toenails polished in black . I will be going back and will be spreading the word to all my friends of just how good this was and the price was ultra reasonable and I think a lot better than other places I’ve seen. The staff at Hera are incredibly friendly, and Foz is absolutely wonderful so sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. I’ve been getting my laser hair removal done here, and Foz always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She listens carefully and works very safely and professionally. I couldn’t recommend her and the team at Hera enough!!
