I recently had combination brows along with fat freezing & skin tightening treatments with Nahid, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and fully informed about every step. My brows look absolutely stunning natural, beautifully shaped, and exactly what I wanted. The fat freezing and skin tightening treatments have already made such a noticeable difference, and I will definitely book further treatments of this. I highly recommend her to anyone thinking about treating themselves - you won't regret it!

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I recently had my eyebrows done at Resiân, and I’m really pleased with the results! The service was professional, the environment was clean and welcoming, and eyebrow technician took the time to listen to what I wanted. The shaping, tinting and threading was done with great attention to detail. I appreciated how gentle and precise they were, and the final result really suited my face. Having recently moved to Coventry I didn’t know where to start for my hair and eye brows ! Now I will not go anywhere else :)

I did a hybrid brow course with Resian today and it was absolutely amazing! The session was super informative, and I felt comfortable from start to finish. The pace of the course was perfect—steady and detailed.Everything was explained so clearly that nothing ever felt confusing.Resian was supportive every step of the way. She’s such a bubbly, friendly teacher, and her energy made the whole experience enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! She has made my hair look lovely, Took lots of time and made the extra effort, I live in Devon But when I need a blow dry in Coventry , she is the lady if you have challenging hair .

I’ve been a few times now after only recently discovering this salon. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded here, hair coloured and had LVL lashes (on 3 separate visits) and I felt completely relaxed during each visit there, I was satisfied with the results and it’s just such a nice atmosphere to be in. The staff are super friendly and there is so much you can get done in the salon! It’s in a great location too and their opening hours are perfect as they are still open after work too. The staff are very knowledgeable and always happy to explain to me what the treatments involve. Highly recommend ✨

As usual , great service from Sue. Best waxer in Coventry no doubt. Makes you feel comfortable during your wax. Always super neat as well!

Always a great experience when Monica does my nails, brows, Lips and chin. She also informed me about having lashes done as mine are near enough non-existent. She did a patch test whilst in for my appointment so that then I could arrange for lashes to be done. She went the extra mile. I would give her ten stars if I could!
