Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! Very lovely lady and a pleasant experience, opted to have my eyebrows threaded after waxing and my eyebrows have never looked so nice and neat! Sue does in fact have magic hands! I recently had combination brows along with fat freezing & skin tightening treatments with Nahid, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and fully informed about every step. My brows look absolutely stunning natural, beautifully shaped, and exactly what I wanted. Having recently moved to Coventry I didn’t know where to start for my hair and eye brows ! Now I will not go anywhere else :)

She has made my hair look lovely, Took lots of time and made the extra effort, I live in Devon But when I need a blow dry in Coventry , she is the lady if you have challenging hair .

Im new in Coventry and thought i would try V & G hair salon so hubby could have a coffee while he waited. Violet cut my hair i like it short and she did an amazing job so so happy not many people know how i like my hair cut and for my first time she did an amazing job she is such a lovely woman and will definitely be back again.

My first visit and Shaf was very welcoming. Happy with eyebrow threading. Patch test done for future tints.

Great service, had an eyebrow threading and it was very good, and the customer service was also very good.

The staff are very friendly and professional. My eyebrows are always perfectly threaded everytime!
