AMAZING. I am a regular at the Sanctuary, with the traditional Thai massage being a favourite. But no two massages are ever the same… there is no predictability, no boredom. Por quickly assesses what the body needs - today she didn’t even ask me where was sore, but quickly worked it out. Having trained previously as an orthopaedic nurse, I trust her implicitly with a niggly knee injury. Her colleagues are also warm and friendly, and I finish every visit to Sanctuary Birkenhead by floating down the stairs. I am a better person after a massage from Por and her magic hands. My massage was done by BT, who I had already met at another place and I was so happy to see her again. She knows. her job in and out, will massage away all the knots and aches. I have has a lot of massages done by different masseurs and mostly by Thai personnel, and BT is by far the best. I just hope she stays around for as long as I stay around. I couldn't function without her. I trust and value her as she enables me to go out and be physical and do my job. Love you BT. Thank you and see you again.

Arrived on a scooter but left on cloud nine. Booked a 1 hr Thai with dry/oil and it was amazing. Needed some deep shoulder and low back work done. Was able to get in same day. Lovely entry area and relaxing atmosphere. Warm heated rooms and heated beds. Great combo of massage and stretching techniques just what I asked for.

Exceptional Massage Therapy at Sanctuary I have been a regular client at Sanctuary for some time now, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their team is incredibly experienced, particularly in deep tissue and Thai massage techniques, which they skillfully combine for a truly therapeutic experience. As someone living with fibromyalgia, finding the right massage therapist is crucial for managing my muscle pain and tension. The therapists at Sanctuary understand how to apply the right amount of pressure while ensuring the treatment is both effective and relaxing.

Best Thai massage on the North Shore!

A real treat. Great Thai massage with lovely touches and ginger tea after. Highly recommended

Sia is great, always gives a lovely relaxing massage. You leave feeling like you are on a cloud.

In order to maintain flexibility and movement in my upper and lower back I have frequented a number of Thai massage services on the North Shore, I now get a regular 90 min Thai Oil massage at Sala and they provide the best friendly massage I have ever had. I recommend them very highly.
