Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

Laser Tattoo removal! I would be lying if I said it's painless,it is uncomfortable, but you have to go through that process to get the end result! The plus side, Hannah made me feel at ease,guides through what's going to happen,process was over very quickly! If you want that Tattoo gone, Highley recommend booking a consultation.

I visited the Hedge Clinic last week after recently moving closer, having previously attended the Basingstoke clinic. I had laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and Laser Genesis treatments. Both ladies were so welcoming and professional, and they took the time to clearly explain each treatment and talk me through the process, which was really reassuring. Zoe was amazing for my laser hair removal session. She was knowledgable about the procedure and prepared me for what to expect. Zoe had a lovely ‘bed side manner’ and kept checking I was ok throughout the procedure. Highly professional and gave clear aftercare instructions and ability to manage expectations around results and future sessions that may be needed. Lovely clean feeling, modern clinic. Hayley is amazing and her knowledge on SPMU laser treatment is evident. Gives a full explanation of the process and what to actually expect following your treatment whilst acknowledging your own expectations Will definitely be back for laser treatment on my tattoos, may even suck it up and not use numbing cream….. eek Definitely recommend 💯

I had full body hair removal with Shannen and was so impressed with how quick yet precise she is and how effective just one appointment was, that I have booked a course! I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done.
