Great 1st experience at Wellness Skin and Laser centre. I enjoyed my body scrub massage treatment with luxurious oil. My skin feels lovely, soft and supple. Mirianni was lovely. A great gift for my birthday to enjoy.

I cannot sing Hasna’s praises enough! She is an absolute angel. Not only did she do an exceptional job with my wax, but she also shared so many helpful beauty tips and valuable life insights. I genuinely felt so comfortable in her care. Without a doubt, this was the best customer service experience I have ever received. Hasna deserves all the recognition in the world for the care, kindness, and professionalism she brings to her work. The rest of the staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming. Ninski in Crystal Palace is my absolute favourite salon.I don’t use lip fillers or Botox etc but their lashes are incredible, and the hifu is fantastic- excellent value for money- I swear it made me look 5 years younger. I always go to them for my lashes and they look great, not fake at all and easy to maintain. As a vet nurse, the fact that all products are vegan and cruelty free is vital for me. Would recommend to any person - knowledgeable, professional and Nat who is the owner has become a good friend, as has Amy who does my lashes. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed ❤️🩵❤️

Sauna was lovely and hot, massage was excellent. Only issue was the lack of hot water due to an electrical failure, not the fault of the therapist, but seems to happen more often than it should.

I live visiting here I booked a total detox package with Jasmine there is always a warm friendly welcome and it’s a pleasure to be in the lovely presented salon. The sauna is great everything very clean and the massage and facial were very relaxing I will be returning!
