I had my first massage with Paula (I hadn’t had a massage at all in about 3yrs) and it was incredible. The atmosphere was so relaxing which was lovely, especially as I’m a naturally anxious person. The massage itself was amazing, the pressure was perfect and at the end, I felt like I could float home! I definitely recommend Paula for any massage treatments, you won’t regret it!!

She managed to work into my areas of pain so well that in 30 mins my back and shoulders feel how they used to before the build up of tension. I’ve visited Be.Well Nottingham many times and each session has been consistently excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist is professional and knowledgeable, always tailoring the massage to my needs. I deal with spine and lower back issues, and they always manage to ease the pain and release tension. The deep tissue massage is intense but genuinely therapeutic. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Sasha has really helped me with the plantar fasciitis I have had in one of my feet for many months. I had been going monthly and in March, Sasha said she had been doing some research and she targeted particular areas – immediately my foot felt a lot better and the massage seems to have been the trigger for recovery, because since then my foot has been significantly better (altho not completely). My feet no longer hurt in the evening, I can do long walks and be on my feet all day, so I am delighted! I would not hesitate to recommend Sasha to anyone. She also has a lovely warm manner!
