Konstantine took loads of time to carefully explain the anatomy and what causes the issue than worked on my upper back, neck, chest face and then some work inside my mouth. He kept checking in to ensure I was comfortable and responded swiftly. He is sensitive and responsive as well as highly competent. I have had regular treatments before for my neck and back and trust him implicitly. I wouldn't have confidence to go to anyone else with this jaw issue. I highly recommend this place! I had both a Swedish massage and eyebrow shaping&tinting done by Sasha, and I am very happy with the service. Sasha was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The massage was excellent: firm, well-balanced, and she really worked through all the right areas with care and attention. For my eyebrows, she was just as great. Sasha was very gentle and precise, and took the time to make sure the colour suited my skin tone. The result was natural and beautifully done. Overall, a great experience!

I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

Made an appointment for Swedish massage as I am experiencing some shoulder pain. Andrew put me fully at ease and took the time beforehand to discuss the pain I was feeling. Andrew also communicated with me throughout massage ensuring the pressure was OK. After a 1hour massage my shoulder feels much more relaxed. I will definitely return and would 100% recommend.
