The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a good back massage from Nicola. There was a few miscommunications and the venue was quite tired but I'm told this was down to the hotel and separate from the spa.

Clean and lovely facilities. Had a much needed and really relaxing swedish massage that was done really well.

Had my laser hair removal done by Chantelle and she was lovely! Really patient, super careful and detailed with everything she did. She made me feel really comfortable throughout and I’m really happy with the service. Definitely recommend 😁

Wow.. what can I say! What a totally amazing experience this was! My first hot stone massage and I will definitely being going back regularly. I didn't realise how much stress my body had been holding on to. jaew was totally amazing.. so knowledgeable and recognised all my issues. She gave me so much good advice on how to look after my body. I can't recommend her enough.. I came away feeling rejuvenated and looking forward to going back.
