Had a deep tissue massage with Amy, my first visit and was highly impressed. Amy took time to thoroughly understand the issue I was experiencing and explore root causes, as well as my health and fitness routine. Amy was absolutely superb at my sports massage session today after running the Great North Run at the weekend. Really knowledgeable and worked on getting to the deep tissue areas on my leg muscles and lower back. Highly recommend.

I was warmly welcomed by olga and she made me feel at ease straightaway, I got a myofascial massage and it was amazing, she knows her techniques and I felt the difference straightaway, I would definitely recommend olga if your wanting a massage that makes you feel lighter and relaxed and melts your tension away in your muscles.
