Kate was very knowledgeable about what I needed and what was wrong and how to fix the tightness in my calves, I've been to physio in the past but nothing had worked till I got the massage and been able to relieve the tightness, 2 weeks till my next appointment but I could have lay there all day, definitely something I'll be repeating monthly

I come to posture and poise for a sports massage because I hold a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders. Kate is strong and always manages to attend to the knots I'm my back with care & good humour (the tension in my shoulders can be really tough!). I always leave feeling much lighter, at ease and smile on my face after pottering around their lovely shop which has a great vibe. Thanks guys!

Amazing Indian Head massage today from Posture & Poise. I always state on my consultation form I have issues with my neck, but it normally gets ignored. Not here. She listened to my concerns and gave me an excellent massage to help. I will be back.

Website was really easy to use and I was able to book an appointment the day before with no hassle. Great location in the town centre with easy parking nearby. Warm welcome and really friendly staff. I booked a Swedish back neck and shoulder massage which was very good. The lady was really experienced and helped me relieve back and shoulder pain after travelling. Would deffo recommend.
