I had a brilliant deep tissue massage. I was suffering from whiplash after an accident and was in a fair bit of pain. After 50 minutes of massage I can now look left and right without the pain in my neck and shoulders. The rest of the body was perfect as well, especially the lower legs. The masseur was friendly and professional. The venue was immaculately clean and the atmosphere pleasant. I would highly recommend this over a sports massage from a physio. Well done

I had the benefit of taking the sports massage as I had recently suffered from a severe back sprain. Collette was great and knew exactly the area that needed to be targeted. She is very knowledgeable in her profession and I would recommend her to anyone who has suffered similar issues.

We booked a couple relaxing massage and head and neck massage.Both were so good! One of the best massages each of us have ever had. Mona and Leah were so friendly, professional and really gave a great massage. Both identified our ‘nots’ and worked their magic! We would definitely return if we lived in the area and not visiting for a holiday. Highly recomend !

Great sports massage with Andy. I am having a few issues with my back so Andy tried to work on these areas after checking me over. I walked out feeling fantastic. I'd highly recommend. Also had a heat lamp on my shoulders which was blissful.

Fab setting and gorgeous little clinic/gym! Andrew was super knowledgeable and really friendly! Great chat whilst he worked his magic on my tight calves, quads and glutes! Collette is very experienced and skilled and really knows what she's doing. She definitely knew where my issues were and gave a really effective sports massage. She's also a really nice person. That helps a lot especially if you're a new customer or new to sports massage.

I was nervous about my first ever wax but Collette was brilliant throughout , very understanding and professional, no embarrassment either. Less pain than I expected and Collette is obviously very experienced and because of her way of handling a delicate situation I felt at ease throughout and to my surprise would consider having it done again. The massage was also excellent, soothing and relaxing, overall a lovely experience. Tanks I will be back ! x
