Once again very good sports massage

Had a great sports massage with Clio - super friendly and welcoming, asked where I would like her to focus on and delivered a great massage. I walked out feeling 10x better then when I walked in. Thanks so much!

Always a pleasure coming to see Susana. She'll fix anything that's wrong with you and she's so knowledgeable, it's very impressive. I've been several times over the years with different gym related issues. You walk in her room, she asks you some questions, asks you to do a few movements and gets straight to the root of the problem no messing! Me and my friend joke, we both call her "The Healer" and she definitely is! Cant recommend her enough! If your hesitant to go see a physio there's no need to be. Just go and see Susana at Elite Physio in Bowdon. She'll have you back in tip top shape.

Sports massage to ease back pain after too much golf. Worked a treat.

Had an appointment with Susanna with a rotator cuff issue. Found the root cause and went through some rehab exercises and massage to alleviate the discomfort. Obviously has great knowledge and explained the processes I will need to go through moving forward. Thanks!

Today, Suzanna looked at my back problem in relation to my whole body and helped me to see how sitting in a certain way on a cushion could realigned my back and so take pressure of the left side. She then found the exact right spot and muscles to work on in a massage. Through this session and previous ones, she has been able to deal with a very long standing back problem, and to realign my body.

Super massage much needed after Christmas break and great effort getting there in current Artic conditions.

Had a really good assisted stretch session with Nathan, after just one session I can already feel the difference in my flexibility. Great friendly service, Nathan is very knowledgeable and explains things at every step. He also gave me exercises to do at home in between sessions, thank you!
