Always a pleasure coming to see Susana. She'll fix anything that's wrong with you and she's so knowledgeable, it's very impressive. I've been several times over the years with different gym related issues. You walk in her room, she asks you some questions, asks you to do a few movements and gets straight to the root of the problem no messing! Me and my friend joke, we both call her "The Healer" and she definitely is! Cant recommend her enough! If your hesitant to go see a physio there's no need to be. Just go and see Susana at Elite Physio in Bowdon. She'll have you back in tip top shape.

I went for a back massage and I loved it. Very relaxing and calm.

Amazing Elemis facial today with shay . So relaxing I fell asleep twice. Also had facial. Full body massage and reflexology with Claire on other occasions. Highly recommended for both ladies

Had the most amazing relaxing holistic facial . Leanne makes the whole experience so special with such care and attention to the atmosphere in her garden cabin and love how important it is to her that you relax and enjoy your time there.

I had a lovely massage with Christabell it was the perfect combination of firmness (I have tightness in my shoulders) and relaxing. Also had biab on my nails with Daniella and they look gorgeous! 💕

I had a most enjoyable afternoon having a super back massage with plenty of work on my tense shoulder muscles followed by a lovely facial and head massage then rounded off with an excellent manicure. A big thank you to Claire and all your hard work. I feel relaxed and my face glowing! I will be back.
