Lucy is exceptional at what she does. She has clearly mastered her craft, yet continues to learn, evolve and share new insights. It’s genuinely inspiring listening to the way she understands the body and explains what’s happening in a way that just makes sense. The whole experience feels like a full MOT for your body. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and attentive. I loved the way she shared her understanding throughout the session, helping me see how everything connects rather than just treating the surface tension. I had my brows done here. I am very careful with my brows and after some research, I chose her to do them. The experience was very nice and even though I was kinda nervous at the beginning, the result was amazing and I am very happy with the brows. I will definitely return!

I had my HD Brows appointment today and Monika did a brilliant job as usual ❤️ Since I regularly get my brows done by Monika, the way they change is unbelievable. I used to struggle with them in the past, but now I have beautifully shaped and coloured natural looking brows. Monika herself is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Highly recomend to everyone!

I had my first appointment with Monika in September, Monika made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the beginning. The lash style was just what I was hoping for, Monika’s work is to a very high standard, she is so attentive and really takes her time to create the perfect lashes for me at every visit and I haven’t been anywhere else since. They last me so well between top up’s to! Highly recommend ❤️

Finally meet someone that has alot of knowledge on the things that we dont get told about and that I also love to talk about. Lucy gave the best neck shoulder back massage for my problems around the base of my skull. Lucy was attentive gentle but firm and checked regularly I was ok. Highly recommend any one to go with muscular skeletal pain. Thank you x

Louise Yarker is so gifted at what she does. Over the years I have been gifted massages as a treat. After receiving one from Balm I met Louise. I now see her every couple of months as part of my wellness. It would be more if I could. Balm is convenient and very comfortable as a location .
