✨ Just had the most gorgeous massage at the Wellness Lounge! After a tough week, this was exactly what I needed. Everything felt so professional, and as someone who usually feels quite anxious, I really appreciated the care they put in. The forms beforehand gave me space to share my previous injuries and any anxieties I had , and Paul took the time to go through everything with me and explain how the lymphatic massage works. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely looked after. I’ll definitely be visiting again and would recommend it to anyone! 💆‍♀️💫

I have had multiple treatments from Emily now, and I’m always so impressed with the results afterwards - my skin feels amazing and it’s glowing! Emily is professional and knowledgeable, and her treatments leave me feeling relaxed and calm, whilst also nourishing my skin and really giving me the ‘me time’ that we all deserve. I’ve learned so much about my skin, and it really does make a difference having regular treatments. Because of Emily, I’m learning to love my skin again. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone. 11/10.

Waiyee was my therapist and she was very welcoming and explained the process thoroughly. She gave me options and worked alongside my needs, so this made my experience very personalised. Her knowledge was outstanding. Very sociable also! I will definitely be returning for further treatments now I know her and the wellness lounge! Great calming, peaceful environment. Had an amazing buccal massage today with holly! She is so lovely and welcoming and really makes you feel at ease! I will definitely be going again for buccal massage and also want to try out the rest of her treatments! Can’t recommend her enough!

I had a 45min session in the recovery compression boots and it was excellent. The space was very relaxing, clean and well set out. Filip was fantastic and took the time to get to know me in order to make the most of the session. I would highly recommend The Wellness Lounge to anyone no matter your goal, you’ll be well looked after here!

Truly a spa like feeling, Emily was fantastic and took into consideration my skin type and allergies/sensitivities. The treatment wasn't rushed at all, and I felt so comfortable. I'm usually very afraid of needles, and I had the microneedling done with no problems at all because I was so relaxed and trusted her wholeheartedly. She used correct PPE and had all single-use materials (not always a given at an at-home salon). Im looking forward to going back in 4 weeks. Could not recommend her more!

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A warm and welcoming atmosphere greeted me as Holly introduced herself and explained everything in detail. We discussed my needs, and she recommended the most suitable massage for me. The room was cozy, with soothing scents and calming sounds. Holly applied just the right pressure to relieve the tension and knots in my shoulders and back. I’m a bit sore today, but that’s to be expected. I highly recommend this wonderful space!

Lovely warm welcome and a relaxing space. The ladies were very knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend the deep tissue massage for sports recovery. We will be revisiting.

I had a great experience with Anja, from first meeting she was super friendly and welcoming. She talked me through everything about the treatment, and was happy to answer any questions or concerns I have. The laser hair removal itself hurt a little as expected, but Anja was very considerate and would stop or apply cold if I had any discomfort. I've had very positive results since my first treatment. The salon itself is bright and clean, and very close to the train station, so very easy to get to. I highly reccommend Anja Gosha to anyone considering the treatments! :)

Tiee and May took very good care of us. The space is clean and smells lovely. The massage was great.

I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x
