✨ Just had the most gorgeous massage at the Wellness Lounge! After a tough week, this was exactly what I needed. Everything felt so professional, and as someone who usually feels quite anxious, I really appreciated the care they put in. The forms beforehand gave me space to share my previous injuries and any anxieties I had , and Paul took the time to go through everything with me and explain how the lymphatic massage works. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely looked after. I’ll definitely be visiting again and would recommend it to anyone! 💆‍♀️💫

I had a 45min session in the recovery compression boots and it was excellent. The space was very relaxing, clean and well set out. Filip was fantastic and took the time to get to know me in order to make the most of the session. I would highly recommend The Wellness Lounge to anyone no matter your goal, you’ll be well looked after here!

oh my goodness, I cannot recommend Holly enough. She is so skilled in Eastern lymphatic. My body feels so looked after and if you can afford to do the package I would do it!

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A warm and welcoming atmosphere greeted me as Holly introduced herself and explained everything in detail. We discussed my needs, and she recommended the most suitable massage for me. The room was cozy, with soothing scents and calming sounds. Holly applied just the right pressure to relieve the tension and knots in my shoulders and back. I’m a bit sore today, but that’s to be expected. I highly recommend this wonderful space!

What a fabulous experience. Paul made me feel comfortable from the greeting. Room was cosy, smelt incredible and was very warm. The heated bed was a plus! I had a really lovely experince at Haus today. Holly was amazing and made me feel really relaxed and at ease. The massage was incredible and she made sure to understand what my needs were at the start of the appointment. If you are visiting for the first time, I recommend looking at their instagram page for the directions as their door can be tricky to find! Make sure you buzz at the door so that they know you are there. I will certainly be back, thank you!! Xxx

I had a great session in the Recovery Lounge. Sauna, red light and pressotherapy. A great space and very relaxing - a super antidote for stress. Staff were friendly, welcoming and super helpful. I will be going back!

My first experience at Haus and I’ve already booked in my next massage! Holly was friendly, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. The ambience in the space was instantly calming and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. Definitely recommend!

Recently visited the wellness lounge and booked the recovery room. The online booking was easy. The venue is simple to find and sign posted. Free parking is available on site with plenty of spaces. When we arrived the room was pre prepared for us based on what we had said in the initial questionnaire when booking. The recovery room is well equipped sauna, red light therapy, ice bath, shower etc Overall the wellness lounge offers an outstanding experience and I fully recommend it. We can’t wait to return.
